Terms and Conditions
To secure a booking, we require a 50% deposit, and the balance in cash on arrival. We do not have card facilities, and we do not accept cheques.
We reserve the right to retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. No refund for premature departure.
Strictly no pets.
Please note that we are equipped to accommodate a maximum of 4 people in unit 52, and 6 people in unit 51, including children. We honour your child as a person, and children are therefore counted, irrespective of age.
Occupation after 13:00 on day of arrival, and before 10:00 on day of departure.
Minimum stay - 2 nights.
Smoking is permitted, but not in bedrooms.
As there are other guests who need to be considered, no noise is permitted after 22:00.
